6 Steps to Finding Your Perfect Shelving Solution
1. What will be stored on the shelves?
From nuts and bolts to bulky, hard-to-store items, Borroughs' Box Edge shelving can be configured to meet your needs. Let one of our storage experts know what you want to store, and we will assist with determining the best shelving components and accessories to ensure your new shelving system will be optimized for your needs.
  2. What height do I need for my system?
Borroughs' Box Edge Plus shelving is available in 17 standard heights ranging from 3'3" to 19'3". Do you want to utilize the maximum vertical space in your building, or do you want to be able to reach stored items from the ground ? Under-the-counter shelving is also a popular option!
3. How wide and deep do I need my shelves?
Borroughs' Box Edge shelving is available in 4 standard widths, ranging from 24" to 48", and 7 standard depths, ranging from 12" to 36", so we can ensure that your materials will be stored at maximum efficiency. Your Tyler Supply storage expert can help determine the right width and depth for you based on what you will be storing.
4. How many units do I need?
From one unit to a complex shelving system, we've got you covered! Want a row of shelves? Adder units are the answer. They share a side with the adjacent unit, providing a clean look and offering you cost savings!
5. Do I want open- or closed-type units?
Open-type shelving consists of posts, shelves, and sway braces providing high visibility of the stored items. Closed-type shelving is enclosed on the sides (and back, if desired) to protect the stored contents from dust and debris. Open-type shelving is great for general purpose storage and boxed items, while closed-type shelving is perfect for storing loose parts.
6. Doors, Drawers, and Dividers, Oh My!
Do you need cabinet doors for added protection? What about drawers for small parts storage, or vertical dividers to create compartments? The accessory options available with the Box Edge Plus shelving line are unmatched!
